The Writers Go To Las Vegas

Nancy, Liz, and Susan in the living room of their penthouse in Las Vegas. They saw "The Jersey Boys" at the Venetian and worked on their screenplay. And, yes, they really did work--can't you see how tired they are.

Wish I could have come! This working for a living sure screws things up. (Of course, NOT working for a living screws things up too!)

Susan Matthewson lives in Huntington Beach, CA. Her creative career began in first grade during Show and Tell when she informed the class, imaginatively if inaccurately, that her grandfather was an Indian chief, she was an Indian princess, and her real name was Little Fawn. She's been making up stories ever since.

Susan Cameron lives in Fountain Valley, CA. She is a semi-pro dilettante who believes life itself is a Little Bit Everything In Tasty Sauce, and hopes to continue grazing at the buffet table for a long while to come.

Nancy Grossman lives in Mission Viejo, CA.One of her goals is to communicate with those who have passed without first having to join them. She fancies that some day she might actually earn a living with her written words, or if she actually gets in touch with those who have “passed,” she might earn a nice living doing “readings” for people. As a teacher for the last 3 years, she spoke many words and read quite of few of them, but 80 hours a week made her rethink her direction and, you could say, she’s still looking for her calling.

Liz Zuercher lives with her photographer husband, Gary, in San Clemente, CA. In her writing she observes and explores the tidbits of everyday living, because what appears ordinary is often extraordinarily flavorful.
